Assistant Coach Deb Pelen	Coach Deb is a welcome addition to the pool deck. Deb is an ASCA certified Level 2 coach and a SwimAmerica Site Supervisor. This is Deb’s third year with Trident. She coached at the Lancaster YMCA from 1986-1998. Deb was the USS representative for the Lancaster Y and took a swimmer to the Y Nationals. Deb also coached at Lancaster Catholic High School for 5 years and has been coaching for the Locust Heights summer team for 21 years. Deb will be coaching the Silver group this year.
Assistant Coach Kevin Hughes	Coach Kevin has been with Trident since 1999. Kevin comes to us with 18 years of high school coaching experience at McCaskey and York High. He recently completed his 26th year as the head coach of East Petersburg summer team. Kevin’s high school team was the National Catholic Champions. He was also the co-captain of F&M’s Men’s team in 1973. Kevin works primarily with our Bronze groups.
Assistant Coach Nicole Smith	Coach Nicole has been coaching for TSC swimming for 5 years. Nicole is an ASCA Level 2 coach and a Site Supervisor for the Lancaster SwimAmerica Program. Nicole will be working with our Neptune and Bronze groups.
Assistant Coach Julie Wareham	This is Julie’s second year coaching at Trident. Coach Julie’s two daughters, Sydney and Morgan, are in the Bronze group. Julie swam with a club out of Old Dominion University. Coach Julie will be helping with the Neptune and Bronze groups.

Assistant Coach Tara Etzweiler	Coach Tara has been coaching at Trident on and off for 6 years. Tara is an ASCA certified Level 2 coach and a Site Supervisor for the Lancaster SwimAmerica Program. Tara also coaches for the Landisville swim team. Coach Tara is responsible for certifying our coaching staff in CPR, First Aid and Lifeguarding. Tara will be helping with our Neptune and Bronze groups.
